Where do sessions happen?

I hold all my sessions virtually, and am licensed to provide services in North Carolina. I can meet with any individual who resides in North Carolina. I ask that patients have a quiet, private space to conduct their session in, and that they have a good connection to the internet. Patients can use a mobile device or a laptop for this, and I will share ahead of time info about any apps or website addresses the patient will need to connect to me.

What are your fees for sessions?

60 minute sessions are $200, and 90 minute sessions are $300.  I reserve a certain percentage of my caseload for "sliding scale" rates for patients based on financial need.

How long do sessions last?

What is your cancellation policy?

I reserve the same time spot for each patient weekly unless we make other arrangements. This time is set aside specifically for you, to ensure your success in meeting your goals. I require 24-hour notice of any appointment cancellation. If not canceled with 24 hours or more prior notice to your scheduled appointment (or a no-show), we charge the full rate of the session. 

Do you accept insurance?

I am out of network with all insurance companies, and provide services entirely on a fee-for-service basis. I am happy to provide a "superbill" to patients wishing to file "out of network" claims to their insurance provider, but I do not provide other documentation or communicate directly with insurers. I do not believe in insurance dictating how we structure our treatment, or requiring a diagnosis to justify therapeutic support.

What types of payment do you take?

Evolutions in Love accepts credit card payment only and is a cashless practice. Payments are taken via a card on file the day of your appointment. If your card declines prior to your session, you will be notified of needing to update your card prior to the appointment.
